📋 Description

• Review user stories, interface requirements, data mappings, transformation rules, business rules, and source-to-target specifications to identify data test conditions and acceptance criteria • Design, build, and maintain data test cases, SQL queries, reconciliation checks, test data sets, and expected results for SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications • Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, referential relationships, formats, transformations, and business-rule compliance across source and target systems • Test data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, conversion, and reconciliation activities • Verify migrated data against approved source-to-target rules • Validate inbound and outbound data exchanged among SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, Mendix applications, interfaces, and external systems • Test error handling and exception processing • Document data defects with queries, evidence, expected/actual results, and reproducible conditions • Track issues through resolution and retest • Create and maintain data test plans, test cases, test evidence, traceability, reconciliation results, and data-quality reports • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, functional analysts, business stakeholders, and integration teams • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Identify opportunities to improve data-testing methods, reusable SQL validation, automation, reporting, and data-quality controls

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (required) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Minimum 5 years in software testing • Minimum 2 years dedicated data testing for large-scale enterprise or ERP systems • Hands-on experience with data validation, ETL/ELT testing, source-to-target reconciliation, data migration/conversion testing, and data-quality testing • Strong SQL skills for querying, comparing, aggregating, reconciling, and troubleshooting data across relational databases • Strong working knowledge of SAFe Framework, SDLC, and Agile development practices • Experience with data profiling, ETL tools, APIs, flat files, XML/JSON, and data comparison or reconciliation utilities • Experience testing SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP data, workflows, integrations, interfaces, or migration activities • Experience with ServiceNow CWM (Collaborative Work Management) or comparable • Up to 10% travel required • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills
