📋 Description

• Support the DoD customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model • Deliver and operate an enterprise ServiceNow solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution • Support CONUS/OCONUS field operations and end-user device lifecycle support • Lead application and module architecture across user interfaces, APIs, microservices, databases and infrastructure • Collaborate with developers, program managers, testers, production support engineers and business analysts • Create implementation and development plans, features and stories for new solutions • Lead Agile ceremonies, technical implementation, demonstrations, testing, releases and retrospectives • Mentor, coach and conduct peer reviews for developers and testers • Delegate tasks and ensure daily, sprint and release goals are achieved • Conduct architecture design and reviews aligned with future-state architecture and business requirements • Identify risks, opportunities, compliance issues and architectural concerns • Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds, management and stakeholders • Monitor industry trends and developments

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field substituted for 5 years of experience • 3+ years’ experience as a technical lead in incremental software development projects such as Agile Scrum • Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups • Active DoD Secret clearance • Certified ServiceNow Administrator • Certified ServiceNow Developer • Experience in systems development, systems integration, application design and/or legacy systems • Experience designing complex systems in the ITSM space alongside traditional ITIL modules • Experience with catalog items producing asset records for total lifecycle accountability • In-depth knowledge and experience supporting Strategic Portfolio Management, especially Demand Management • Experience in agile management frameworks • Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, ServiceNow client scripting and server-side scripting • Experience with CI/CD and SecDevOps processes and tools is desired • Up to 10% travel required
