📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the full life-cycle of projects from initiation to closing • Plan project scope, schedules, and budgets • Review customer-provided Performance Work Statements (PWS) to identify scope and deliverables • Determine resources required to complete projects • Develop cost proposals in response to customer RFQs • Develop and update project schedules to track project progress • Develop financial baselines and labor forecasts to track project financial health • Coordinate with functional managers to obtain required resources • Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and mitigation approaches • Communicate essential project operation, maintenance, and support information to customers accurately and timely • Assess project issues, identify root causes for failures, and develop corrective actions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR systems • Eight (8) years of direct work experience including Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of C5ISR systems • Four (4) years as a manager of RF communications and/or communications networks • Experience supervising project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and equipment and material logistics control • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures • Secret clearance required to start • Ability to travel up to 10% • Master's degree in business or equivalent (desired)
