📋 Description

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay and Materials Management functionality • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs, system configurations, and technical specifications • Configure purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, plants, storage locations, valuation areas, and account determination • Support the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition through payment • Support requisition management, purchase orders, source determination, vendor management, material master data, inventory management, goods receipt, invoice verification, stock transfers, physical inventory, procurement analytics, and reporting • Develop functional design documents, business process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials • Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows • Partner with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and interfaces • Perform unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing • Support defect resolution and root cause analysis • Provide Tier II/Tier III production support • Support data migration for vendor, material, purchasing, pricing, and inventory master data • Identify procurement efficiency and supply chain optimization opportunities • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Assist with production deployments, release planning, and system stabilization • Support cybersecurity, audit, and Authority to Operate activities

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance required • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of SAP functional experience supporting Procure-to-Pay and Materials Management • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA • Strong understanding of procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, material master, vendor master, invoice verification, stock management, and procurement reporting • Proven ability to develop functional specifications for custom SAP enhancements • Experience supporting testing, production support, and system enhancements • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Up to 10% travel required • Experience supporting Department of Defense ERP modernization initiatives desired • SAP Activate implementation methodology experience desired • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) desired • Experience integrating PTP/MM with SAP FI, CO, FM, SD, TM, EWM, EAM, and GTS desired • Experience with SAP Fiori applications desired • Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM desired
