📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership across business-process transformation, SAP Fit-to-Standard (F2S), solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment • Work with Defense mission stakeholders, BPR teams, SAP functional and technical teams, solution architects, integration teams, data teams, cybersecurity teams, testers, and program leadership • Translate complex Defense requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions • Combine Defense mission and logistics knowledge with SAP functional expertise • Promote SAP standard capabilities, clean-core principles, and business-process transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • 10+ years of SAP ERP/SAP functional experience • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience preferred • Experience serving as an SAP Functional Lead, Senior Functional Consultant, or SME • Experience supporting at least one large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or ERP modernization • Experience leading or supporting SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops • Experience performing SAP fit/gap analysis • Experience translating complex business requirements into SAP functional solutions • Experience developing future-state/To-Be business processes • Experience developing SAP functional specifications • Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration • Experience with RICEFW/WRICEF requirements and functional design • Experience supporting SAP integration and interface requirements • Experience supporting data migration and conversion activities • Experience with SAP testing, SIT, and UAT • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • US citizen with an active Secret clearance • Desired: SAP S/4HANA Defense & Security implementation experience; SAP Defense & Security functional expertise; DoD SAP/ERP modernization experience; SAP S/4HANA certification; SAP Activate, Signavio, Fiori, BTP, and Integration Suite experience; SAP clean-core principles; Agile and/or SAFe delivery; Jira or enterprise ALM tools; MBSE; MDDI; SysML or architecture/requirements modeling; Mendix or another enterprise low-code/agility platform; large system-integrator environment experience
