📋 Description

• Review user stories, designs, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to identify Section 508 and WCAG requirements • Develop accessibility-focused test scenarios • Design, build, and maintain manual and automated Section 508 test cases for SAP Fiori, web applications, forms, reports, documents, workflows, and integrated JTMS capabilities • Execute accessibility testing against Section 508 and WCAG success criteria • Test keyboard-only navigation, focus order and visibility, labels and instructions, headings and structure, tables, forms, error handling, color contrast, non-text content, reflow, zoom, and screen-reader compatibility • Document accessibility defects with requirements or WCAG criteria, severity, reproduction steps, evidence, and remediation guidance • Track findings through closure and retest corrected functionality • Validate application behavior using screen readers and other assistive technologies, including JAWS and NVDA • Maintain test cases, test results, traceability, defect evidence, remediation status, and accessibility compliance reports • Participate in SAFe Agile sprint planning, refinement, demonstrations, retrospectives, and other ceremonies • Identify opportunities to improve Section 508 testing processes, reusable test assets, automated scanning, developer feedback, and accessibility quality practices across JTMS • Support USTRANSCOM's Joint Transportation Management System, an enterprise platform modernizing transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA integration • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, UX teams, and other testers

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (required) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • Minimum 5 years in software testing • Demonstrated hands-on Section 508/accessibility compliance testing of enterprise web applications or large-scale information systems • Proven experience interpreting and testing against Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG success criteria • Ability to identify accessibility barriers, map findings to applicable criteria, recommend remediation, and verify corrective actions • Experience testing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or other large-scale enterprise systems • Experience with screen readers and assistive technologies, including JAWS and NVDA • Ability to perform keyboard-only navigation and operate functionality without a mouse • Experience with manual and automated accessibility testing • Up to 10% travel required • Must support Continental US travel requirements
