📋 Description

• Facilitate team-level execution and standard Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with adjacent teams to manage dependencies and communicate team-level needs • Identify, track, and remove impediments preventing sprint commitments • Track, analyze, and report Agile metrics and service delivery metrics to provide government stakeholders visibility into team performance • Protect engineering and development teams from distractions and scope creep • Coach teams on Agile practices and support DevSecOps adoption • Support Agile team delivery flow and sprint execution • Coordinate with Product Owners and technical leads • Foster collaboration, conflict resolution, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies • Proficiency in tracking and interpreting Agile metrics • Relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile/Scrum or PMP certification • Up to 10% travel required • Must support Continental US travel requirements
