📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions across the enterprise portfolio • Implement, configure, test, deploy, and enhance SPM applications • Design and configure Project Portfolio Management solutions • Implement Demand Management workflows and intake processes • Configure Resource Management and capacity planning tools • Set up and customize EAP/CWM environments • Customize project templates for various methodologies • Align SPM with Lean SAFe methodology • Maintain out-of-the-box configuration • Create custom applications and tables for portfolio management • Develop business rules, script includes, workflows, and Flow Designer automations • Configure project scheduling, dependencies, role-based access controls, and data security • Develop reports, Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards • Design governance frameworks, approval workflows, portfolio planning, and prioritization processes • Build demand intake portals, innovation pipelines, assessment frameworks, routing workflows, and demand-to-project automation • Configure resource allocation, capacity planning, rate cards, cost allocation, financial accruals, and variance reporting • Configure Lean SAFe, Agile Release Trains, Program Increments, team boards, sprints, velocity tracking, and PI planning tools • Develop integrations with ERP, accounting, ITSM, Microsoft Project, Jira, and other tools • Perform Jira-to-ServiceNow migration and implement REST/SOAP web services and data synchronization • Analyze portfolio processes and optimize workflows and automation • Standardize portfolio management practices and create reusable components

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required to start • Up to 10% travel required • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM certification • ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals • Knowledge of ITSM applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices • Experience with Service Catalog development and configuration • Basic JavaScript for business rules and client scripts • Knowledge of Flow Designer • Understanding of SLA configuration and management • Experience with notifications and email templates • Knowledge of UI policies, data policies, and ACLs • Understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations • Familiarity with reporting and Performance Analytics • Experience with the ServiceNow platform • Hands-on experience configuring ITSM modules • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects • Ability to support junior team members
