📋 Description

• Develop project plans, including resource estimates, timelines, scheduling, budgeting, dependencies, and change management planning • Manage project delivery according to approved plans, objectives, budgets, and documentation requirements • Manage stakeholders through active involvement and regular communication • Report project status, milestones, issues, risks, and budget-versus-actual costs • Identify, assess, log, and manage project issues and risks • Manage project scope changes through defined change-management processes • Align projects with customers’ strategic and operational plans • Conduct post-implementation reviews and implement process improvements • Complete and file project documentation • Promote and realize the benefits and value of project and professional services delivery • Build trusted relationships with client executives and personnel • Identify opportunities for project extensions and additional projects • Manage service-resource and personal chargeability • Manage stakeholder expectations, deliverables, business needs, scope, contract terms, signoffs, and invoicing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of relevant experience, including delivering software solutions to external customers, Software as a Service industry experience, and project management experience • Ability to manage external customer expectations in accordance with work priorities • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Experience with Agile and Waterfall software methodologies • Strong foundation in project management methodologies • Effective verbal and written communication skills • High level of presentation and persuasive communication skills • Knowledge of the print industry is a bonus
