📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner supporting the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit • Provide global financial business reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions • Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts supported by active deals • Present forecasts to FSS senior leadership before submission to Verint global leadership • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the global FP&A organization • Work with FSS budget owners to understand business requirements and recommend changes or improvements • Analyze monthly actual financial results against budgets and forecasts • Coordinate with global accounting teams on correcting entries when appropriate • Identify impacts of actual results on future periods and update forecasts • Present findings to FSS budget owners • Partner with business unit leadership to align financial processes with product roadmaps and strategy • Partner with FSS supply chain to identify impacts on forecasts and future budgets • Review inventory and identify reserves for obsolete or slow-moving products • Manage headcount forecasts and hiring plans with HR and business leaders • Prepare annual bookings and quota analyses supporting commission plans • Calculate monthly commissions payments and submit them to payroll • Complete ad hoc analyses as required

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting • 4+ years of FP&A experience working directly with key decision makers within the business • Strong understanding of P&L reporting • Experience researching/investigating key variances in financial results versus expectations • 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong research and problem-solving skills • Sound work ethic and flexibility to work beyond normal business hours as needed • Ability to adapt to rapid change and think creatively • Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail • Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and Social Security verification • Successful completion of a credit check for travel-related roles requiring an appropriate travel credit line • Preferred: Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and/or Anaplan • Preferred: Cost Accounting background
