📋 Description

• Ensure company sales goals and key business metrics are met or exceeded • Ensure Design Consultants deliver California Closets standards of excellence to every customer • Collaborate with the GM and Operations Team to follow process flow and deliver high-quality customer service • Hire and retain top talent in collaboration with the GM • Manage Design Consultants and ensure revenue goals and KPIs are met or exceeded • Ensure the Design Team has the appropriate mix of company leads and personal marketing plan leads • Manage underperformers according to guidelines, including detailed documentation • Collaborate with head office operations on process-flow improvements • Conduct monthly goal setting and reviews with team members • Support sales contests, incentive programs, charitable strategy, and trade business strategy initiatives • Schedule and facilitate monthly Sales Meetings • Analyze sales data and develop strategies with the GM • Ensure correct CRM/dashboard usage and data entry • Review 5 Star feedback and follow up on negative responses with customers and Design Consultants; communicate findings to the GM

🎯 Requirements

• 3 -5 years as a Sales Consultant or in a sales management role preferred • Industry experience is a plus • Proven sales coach and mentor • Strong conflict resolution skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting • Exceptional customer experience skills • Experience with design fundamentals preferred • Experience with CAD is a plus • Experience leading commission-only sales team is highly preferred • Night and weekend flexibility needed • Experience with CRM/dashboard usage and data quality standards
