📋 Description

• Leverage Calm’s consumer data to prioritize product and growth investments • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and subscriber growth • Automate analyses and data products for key decision-makers • Partner with product and growth marketing to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analyses, experimentation plans, and actionable recommendations • Analyze and communicate how trends in key metrics affect business performance • Perform deep-dive analysis to understand user engagement behavior • Design, implement, and analyze experiments measuring the impact of new features on core product metrics • Bridge data and action across technical and non-technical teams • Build internal data products using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Mode • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across Calm

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL • Comfortable manipulating data with Python or R • BA/BS in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline • Experience with designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments • Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and translate technical solutions into business outcomes • Strong relationship management and presentation skills • Pragmatic and impact-oriented, with the ability to balance scrappiness and rigor • 5 years of data science experience • Experience with digital consumer products or subscription businesses • Experience supporting product analytics, experimentation, user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, or retention • Experience with causal inference, incrementality testing, attribution, or marketing measurement • Experience with product analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Mode • Experience building scalable analyses, reporting, or measurement frameworks that enable self-service decision-making
