📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives covering visual, interaction, motion, and brand integration • Create thoughtful, high-quality user-centered mobile experiences • Prototype quickly in Figma and AI/low-code tools such as Replit, Lovable, and Claude • Present design work clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership • Collaborate through engineering implementation, build, QA, and post-launch iterations • Use data and research to inform design decisions and measure performance • Improve team workflows and evolve Calm’s design system • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing • Set design craft standards across iOS, Android, and web and help establish design best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI design with 5+ within consumer mobile (and web) applications • Highly proficient in Figma • Experience using AI and low-code prototyping tools, including Replit, Lovable, and Claude • Comfortable shipping small code changes without engineering support • Proven experience driving user testing and research • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices • Experience designing and shipping mobile applications at scale • Hands-on proficiency in modern AI/prototyping tools • Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger design vision and strategy • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a background check; drug screening may be required for roles accessing certain information
