📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of data analysis, including validating and visualizing data from electronic health records and other sources • Enhance existing and develop new analysis and reporting capabilities • Monitor performance and quality of analytic products to identify opportunities for improvement • Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards with internal and external users for policy assessment and implementation, quality improvement, service insights, and fiscal management • Work with clinical and non-clinical users to understand reporting needs and determine suitable products • Develop and maintain standardized data queries and visualizations, incorporating user feedback • Execute, support, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading into data visualization products • Prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders to support fact- and trend-based decisions • Develop benchmarks for county plans to evaluate expected behavior for internal and external measures • Strengthen data monitoring and validation processes to ensure data quality and completeness • Maintain a shared library of reusable work assets • Support exploration of migrating data queries, reports, and pipelines to platforms such as Databricks • Responsibly access confidential county records, employee demographic data, and private behavioral health information while maintaining system integrity and security • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data science, computer science and/or a related field, a minimum of one year of qualifying Healthcare Dashboard Visualization/Data Informatics/Analytics experience, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience • Masters-level training preferred, but not required • Ability to use dashboarding tools such as Power BI • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and coding languages • Experience developing data analysis visualizations and supporting data linkages • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets • Experience with data modeling and database development and management • Knowledge of graphic and visualization tools • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Power BI and ArcGIS Pro preferred • Experience with data automation, analysis and visualization tools • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, R or Python, and SQL preferred • Databricks experience highly preferred • Strong communication and management skills • Ability to identify and handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion • Ability to work with little or no supervision, meet deadlines, prioritize work, multitask, and adapt to fluctuating workloads • Must be able to sit and stand frequently, use phone/headset, type, write, use a calculator, lift and carry materials weighing up to 10 pounds, read computer screens, communicate by telephone and in person, and drive a motor vehicle on public roads and highways • Must be able to work under deadline pressure and deal with a wide variety of people • Long hours of computer use and intense concentration required
