📋 Description

• Assist with internal aspects of sales and renewal processes that do not involve independent direct solicitation or quote, new sale, or renewal decisions • Provide internal and external communication support to Sales staff • Assess inquiries to understand customer needs • Identify issues and determine corrective steps • Document customer inquiries and actions in a tracking system • Review documentation and correspondence for completeness • Acquire missing information according to established policies and procedures • Enter customer information • Explain benefits, eligibility rules, and grievance/appeal procedures • Manage emails, work production queues, calls, and correspondence • Prioritize follow-through • Generate written correspondence and process document requests • Maintain files and records of changing customer information • Answer increasingly complex inquiries • Conduct detailed research and problem solving for internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in customer service or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products and other corporate software • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills • Courteous telephone etiquette • Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectively • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to work effectively on teams • Experience with AI tools and technologies highly desired • Background check required • Availability from 9/1/2026 - 3/31/27 • Wired internet connection that is not satellite or cellular, with minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 10Mb • Access to a personal mobile device for MFA
