📋 Description

• Work in interdisciplinary teams to craft test items and performance tasks measuring student learning • Find stimulus material for test use and obtain copyright permission as needed • Craft and review test items using tools to create interactive items, simulations, and other tasks • Participate in group item reviews • Record team feedback on test items during one-on-one meetings and group review sessions • Assist with assembly of field test and operational test forms • Contribute to ancillary testing materials for interpretive guides, score reports, and item release websites • Help senior staff manage test item pools and develop new assessments, products, and services • Assist with creation of test specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field is required • 2–3 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated imagination, analysis skills, and attention to detail • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with others • Ability to travel as required for 1 to 6 trips per year, including 2–3 days at a time and especially during summer months
