📋 Description

• Prepare global, payer-focused market access deliverables using evidence-based medicine, public health policy, health economic and health outcomes principles • Develop understanding of country landscapes and technical issues relating to patient access to medicines and healthcare • Work across a variety of therapy areas and filter key information based on project objectives • Conduct literature searches, evidence reviews, and secondary research with support from senior team members • Incorporate research into payer value dossiers, publications, and reports • Support clients in reimbursement submissions and wider payer communications • Collaborate with Evidence & Access team members in a fast-paced agency setting • Deliver multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a post graduate qualification in a relevant scientific field which may include pharmacy (PharmD), health economics or public policy (MPH) • Excellent scientific writing skills • Proficiency in Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe • Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing • Manages time effectively and delivers work to agreed deadlines • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining accuracy under pressure • Professional, adaptable, and proactive in supporting team and client needs • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and accountability for continuous learning and improving team efficiency • Openness to learning, feedback and career development • East coast - EST timeline preferred
