📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams and the state client on deliverables for statewide computer-based assessment programs • Oversee tasks delegated by the Program Manager • Provide administrative support to internal CAI teams and the client • Communicate, track, and complete project deliverables on time • Provide on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparing materials and physically attending client site meetings • Engage with state staff and educators and manage concerns and inquiries • Update software user guides, administration manuals, brochures, and other support materials • Organize project artifacts including meeting agendas, official minutes, issue logs, and tracking documents • Coordinate software user acceptance testing and specification verifications • Track client feedback and internal team responses and resolutions • Assist with reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic • Experience with MS Office applications • Ability to work during Central Time Zone business hours (preferred) • Ability to travel once per quarter • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Must actively participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Use of note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or selection activities is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained
