📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Project Management team on short- and long-term projects for statewide computer-based assessment programs • Oversee tasks delegated by the Program Manager • Provide general administrative support to internal CAI teams and the state client • Support communication, tracking, and timely completion of project deliverables • Provide on-site and virtual meeting support, including preparing materials and physically attending client site meetings • Engage with state staff and educators and manage concerns and inquiries • Update customer-facing documentation such as software user guides, administration manuals, and brochures • Organize meeting agendas, official meeting minutes, issues logs, tracking documents, and other project management artifacts • Coordinate software user acceptance testing and software specification verifications • Track client feedback and internal team responses or resolutions • Assist with producing and assembling reports, presentations, proposals, and meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 to 4 years of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic • Experience with MS Office applications • Ability to travel 4–5 times per year for 2–4 days each trip • Ability to work in Central or Eastern time zone (preferred) • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work • Active participation in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • No use of note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or other selection activities unless prior written approval is obtained
