📋 Description

• Support Item Development Managers in project and client management • Oversee test development activities for assigned projects • Serve as the primary project contact for clients and internal teams with manager or director assistance • Communicate with clients to ensure project scope and schedules are followed throughout test development • Coordinate with internal teams, especially content teams, on project scope and schedules • Communicate project schedules and deliverables to clients and provide decision-support information • Recognize and escalate project issues and help develop solutions • Collaborate with clients and project management on annual development schedules and scopes of work • Enforce agreed-upon schedules and scopes of work • Support item development plan creation for all content areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field + 5-8 years’ experience, or a Master’s degree + 1-4 years’ experience • Strong knowledge and experience with U.S. Education and Education Assessment • 2-3 years of client management/interaction experience • Analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to multi-task • Skilled at collaboration • Required travel of 1 week to 8 weeks per year • Ability to travel 2-5 days at a time • Must reside and work in the United States • Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Ability to actively participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with camera on • Note-taking tools, reference materials, and AI-powered tools are prohibited during interviews or other selection activities unless prior written approval is obtained
