📋 Description

• Lead cost, estimating, and/or schedule workstreams on complex projects • Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers • Interface directly with client stakeholders • Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks • Support Managers with reporting and delivery oversight • Ensure alignment with project controls standards • Act as the project controls lead for large or high-risk projects • Coordinate cost and schedule activities • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-level controls delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field • Eight or more years of related experience working as a cost or schedule management expert on capital projects, including design, construction and testing phases • Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment • Expertise using cost and schedule management software • Experience within one or more of the following industries: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial or related technical field • Exemplary oral and written communication skills
