📋 Description

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations across plant-attached warehouses and 3PL distribution centers • Deliver operational excellence across safety, service, cost, and quality • Ensure adherence to standardized operating models, processes, and systems • Drive inventory management, throughput, labor productivity, and service performance • Own the transition and governance of plant warehouse reporting structures into Logistics • Establish accountability, standardize roles and operating rhythms, and implement financial ownership mechanisms • Lead operational and strategic management of regional 3PL partners • Establish service-level agreements, cost expectations, KPI governance, and corrective actions • Own warehouse performance metrics and lead operating reviews, root cause analysis, and action planning • Own the regional warehouse operating budget and lead financial reviews, variance analysis, and forecasting • Deliver productivity savings and cost-to-serve improvements • Identify operational improvements and support network optimization, automation, and system enhancements • Partner with Plant Operations, Transportation, DSD, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Logistics teams • Lead and develop multi-site warehouse leaders through performance management, talent development, and succession planning • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent • 10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or logistics • Experience managing multi-site operations, including 3PL environments • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost management • Proven leadership experience in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization • Experience in CPG, food, or regulated environments • Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM) and analytics tools • Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
