📋 Description

• Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts • Serve as the subject matter expert for Creditors Rights service delivery • Design, document, and continuously refine the workflow from discovery through scoping, implementation, and filing • Research new suit and affidavit filing requirements and track jurisdictional and procedural changes • Build workflows, tooling, documentation, and training infrastructure • Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks • Partner with Sales on new business handoffs • Own third-party vendor-managed filing relationships, including performance, quality, and escalation management • Manage caseload and client escalations directly when needed • Report on delivery performance, bottlenecks, and scaling readiness to senior leadership • Collaborate with Litigation Support, Server Network, Service Delivery, and Product/Tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure (discovery, scoping, filing requirements, jurisdictional nuance) • Proven experience building operational process from scratch, comfortable operating without a fully mature playbook • A track record leading and scaling delivery teams in a legal services, legal tech, or similar operations environment • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships tied to filing or similar operational delivery • Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure, including managing a dotted-line technical resource jointly with Product/Tech • Strong project and process design skills, able to both architect a scalable model and execute against it personally • High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action • Experience partnering closely with Sales on new business implementation • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as indicated by the company's E-Verify participation
