📋 Description

• Lead and supervise day-to-day activities for multiple high-stakes commercial litigation and disputes engagements • Conduct forensic accounting, expert testimony, fraud investigations, and compliance work • Work with Managing Directors and Principals to identify and provide project support • Conduct forensic analysis of financial and accounting records, including tracing funds and examining transactions for discrepancies or anomalies • Apply financial and accounting knowledge and data analytical skills to assess complex questions • Receive and analyze complex and large data sets • Conduct interviews of relevant parties for disputes and investigations • Develop and implement work plans to assess complex factual questions • Prepare and present reports, schedules, and demonstratives to clients or other parties • Serve as a trusted advisor to legal teams, corporate executives, and regulatory agencies • Build and maintain client relationships and a professional network to originate revenue • Provide expert testimony in litigation and regulatory matters as needed • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of disputes and forensic professionals • Prepare engagement proposals and develop professional relationships through appropriate events

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant consulting, disputes, investigations, forensic accounting, auditing or related professional experience • Demonstrated leadership in scoping and developing project work plans, strategies, and budgets • Experience managing and executing multiple workstreams effectively • Experience developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems • Experience leading and mentoring staff • Experience building strong client relationships and contributing to business development • At least 5 years of experience in disputes and investigations • Expertise supporting litigation and investigations for companies, law firms, government agencies, and fiduciaries • Expertise providing litigation support services, consulting, and expert testimony • Expertise conducting financial and forensic investigations • Ability to effectively communicate findings in both court and out-of-court settings • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field • Strong experience with database programs, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Above average business writing and communication skills • Ability to travel to client locations as needed, usually less than 20% travel time • Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US
