📋 Description

• Own delivery and support of technical solutions within Campbell’s Corporate Solutions Technology team • Scope, design, deliver, and support integrations to and from Workday, especially for payroll and total rewards • Act as liaison among the Corporate Solutions Functional team, business customers, offshore technical team, and external vendors • Plan and estimate effort for new and updated integrations • Serve as a key internal technical resource on technical projects • Manage and prioritize day-to-day technical enhancements and service requests • Serve as an escalation point for higher-priority technical support issues • Establish stakeholder relationships, understand business needs, and deliver quality solutions • Gather technical requirements, align solution design, and translate requirements for offshore development • Document designs and testing and maintain system maps and integration architecture • Manage waterfall and agile project plans, dependencies, resources, and estimates • Support external vendors and outsourced support teams with technical solution design, development, and testing • Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce incidents, support effort, and tickets • Maintain the integration inventory and integration design map • Develop integration standards and select appropriate technologies • Prioritize onshore and offshore team work for development, enhancements, maintenance, and support • Monitor integration performance and ensure integrations run properly • Provide Workday reporting subject matter expertise, including data sources, objects, and complex calculated fields • Troubleshoot and advise on Workday security, including Integration System Users • Track Workday releases and patches and identify downstream impacts • Optimize, automate, and simplify solution designs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 6+ years of experience • At least 5 years configuring inbound and outbound Workday HCM integrations, including APIs • Specialization in implementing Workday integrations of all types • Experience with Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset • At least 5 years of integration technical support experience with external third parties, such as payroll and benefits providers • Demonstrated skills with SQL, XML/XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and middleware such as BizTalk and Fusion • Expertise in Workday custom report development and calculated fields • Implementation and support project experience • Workday Security and Payroll Configuration preferred • Experience with Acquisitions and Divestitures preferred • Must be able to work East Coast Hours • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • Ability to handle highly confidential matters and materials with discretion and professionalism • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment • Ability to collaborate across the organization and handle competing and changing priorities
