📋 Description

• Utilize deep knowledge of banking-sector customer acquisition processes to provide examples related to Terafina product functionality • Elicit client requirements and convert them into user stories and product requirements • Bridge client requirements and the Terafina technology team by elaborating requirements • Translate and understand integration requirements underlying business requirements • Liaise between clients and internal stakeholders to validate, analyze, and document requirements as user stories • Participate in and lead customer discovery activities to establish requirements • Participate in functional design and solutioning • Work closely with QA to create test scenarios and review test cases • Learn and use Agile methodology and related project tools • Participate in sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews internally and with customers • Travel to client sites for requirements gathering and implementation activities such as UAT

🎯 Requirements

• 9 to 12 years of experience in the financial industry dealing with customer acquisitions and client interactions • Experience working in a bank, credit union, or technology service provider • Business Banking experience is preferred but not a prerequisite • User experience with banking systems, including core systems and loan origination systems such as FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, and Lending 360 • Understanding of digital banking acquisition processes is desirable • Experience implementing digital solutions is advantageous but not a prerequisite • Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous but not a prerequisite • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce is an added advantage but not a prerequisite • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Profession are desirable but not a prerequisite • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required • Experience in customer onboarding is required
