📋 Description

• Support project leadership and project staff with planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of projects • Perform research and accurate fact finding • Support storytelling and data visualization through figures, reports, and presentations • Prepare project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analyses, graphics, best-practice presentations, benchmark information, and deliverables • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns, actionable insights, and recommendations • Test and validate models and support business data analytics • Collaborate across Blue Cottage teams on value-driven solutions and internal initiatives • Foster excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Rising senior in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with anticipated graduation between December 2027 and May 2028 • Program in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Public Health or related preferred • GPA of 3.5 or higher • Quantitative strengths using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools strongly preferred • Excel proficiency and PowerPoint proficiency • Advanced experience in data visualization is a plus • Experience with Esri tools and/or ArcGIS is a plus • Baseline knowledge of American healthcare is preferred • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment • Resume and portfolio required when applying • Must complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes • Must adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct
