📋 Description

• Lead development of proposal materials and coordinate and produce deliverables across all process stages • Drive large, strategic and complex pursuit processes from proposal coordination through interview • Lead visual themes and strategic messaging when needed • Develop creative ideas for proposals and interview content • Collaborate with Marketing, BMBD, Client Leaders and other teams to develop pursuit strategies and secure wins • Create and update resumes, portfolio pages, presentations and related marketing materials within brand standards • Participate in collateral development supporting markets, offices and services • Provide marketing research for market/office strategy, clients and pursuits • Lead local/regional marketing activities including sponsorships, award submissions, events and photography • Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm’s portfolio, personnel and offerings • Develop subject matter expertise that adds value to marketing initiatives and pursuit activities • Support training and ongoing development of Marketing Specialists • Provide peer review and oversight for content accuracy and quality • Self-review work for accuracy and quality • Maintain and update VantagePoint for clients and pursuits • Maintain an accurate proposal filing system • Apply marketing best practices • May participate in external marketing activities and perform other required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field required • Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm required • Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm required • Related experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry preferred • Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about innovation • Strong time and project management skills • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment • Ability to drive large, complex pursuits end-to-end • Solid strategic thinking, writing and design skills, with potential and/or interest to further develop/excel in at least one area • Strong proficiency with InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and Miro is a plus • Required submission of 2–3 work samples demonstrating proficiency with Adobe InDesign and other layout software such as PowerPoint • Resume and portfolio required when applying
