📋 Description

• Establish and maintain thorough knowledge and documentation of clients' networking environments • Deliver application administration services for fleet management, output management, and scanning software solutions • Perform solution testing, setup, configuration, documentation, training, and troubleshooting • Maintain effective relationships with client IT administrators and personnel • Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly, escalating for broader team support when appropriate • Support client achievement of measurable business outcomes through product and technical services adoption • Identify and mitigate risks related to customer feedback, solution performance, and customer network challenges • Develop and deliver technical material for customer IT resources and end users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Customer Success experience preferred • Up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Public speaking skills • Must obtain security and/or other customer-required clearances • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certification upon hiring or within the first 6 months • Must comply with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other COVID-19 measures • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire
