📋 Description

• Provide external business clients with technical support during implementation of application software, software solutions, and hardware • Configure software according to defined user requirements and specifications • Partner with the development team to meet client and project implementation expectations • Work directly with clients as a clinical expert and essential project team member • Guide clients in necessary system clinical workflows using clinical knowledge and expertise • Recommend appropriate system setup based on clinical standards • Perform software and integration testing of implemented systems and solutions • Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented applications and solutions • Develop scripts and test cases for newly implemented applications and solutions • Gather and review client feedback with development teams • Assist in writing user requirement documents • Define product change requirements with engineering resources • Contribute to and track project plans, progress, milestones, and implementation dates • Identify risks affecting client business objectives and develop mitigation plans • Record client communications and documentation in appropriate repositories • Test and troubleshoot final system implementations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Certification in area of clinical expertise, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPN, and others • Bachelor’s degree that supports clinical expertise • 5 years professional work experience in a behavioral healthcare environment • In-depth experience using an EHR platform • Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems • Demonstrated effective and results-oriented problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong troubleshooting ability • Strong analytical skills • Effective interpersonal and people skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and perform effectively under pressure • Ability to anticipate issues and risks and develop alternatives to meet project goals and objectives • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Close attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
