📋 Description

• Lead implementation of practice management features for behavioral health organizations, including appointment scheduling, client intake, billing, and claims processing • Apply technical and operational knowledge to perform software and integration testing • Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented software applications and solutions • Develop scripts and test cases for newly implemented software applications and solutions • Gather and review business client feedback with the development team • Assist in writing user requirement documents • Work with engineering resources to define requirements for product changes • Contribute to and track project plans, progress, milestones, and targeted implementation dates • Identify risks affecting business client objectives and develop mitigation plans • Record business client communication and documentation in appropriate repositories • Test and troubleshoot final system implementations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience implementing EHR or practice management systems, preferably in behavioral health or human services settings • Strong understanding of behavioral health workflows, scheduling, and front-office operations • Familiarity with Medicaid, managed care, and behavioral health-specific payer requirements • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Experience with behavioral health EHR platforms preferred • Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and other behavioral health compliance standards preferred • Certification in project management (PMP, CSM) or EHR systems preferred
