📋 Description

• Work directly with clients as an RCM expert and essential project team member • Guide customers in critical system configuration using RCM knowledge and expertise • Recommend appropriate system setup based on RCM best practices • Perform software and integration testing of implemented software systems and solutions • Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented software applications and solutions • Develop scripts and test cases for newly implemented software applications and solutions • Gather and review business client feedback with the development team • Assist in writing user requirement documents • Work with engineering resources to define requirements for product changes • Contribute to and track project plans, progress, milestones, and targeted implementation dates • Identify risks affecting business client objectives and develop risk mitigation plans • Record business client communication and documentation in appropriate repositories • Test and troubleshoot final system implementations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Information Systems, or another closely related field • 5 years of professional work experience in RCM • 3 years of professional experience in healthcare billing • Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems, preferably in a Health and Human Services setting • Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems • Demonstrated effective and results-oriented problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong troubleshooting ability • Strong analytical skills • Effective interpersonal and people skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, establish and manage competing priorities, work independently, be proactive, and perform effectively under pressure • Ability to anticipate issues and risks and proactively develop alternatives to meet project goals • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Close attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to travel
