📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and enhancements • Work independently and collaboratively as a senior member of a technical delivery team • Support multiple ServiceNow instances and domains for internal and external customers • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development efforts • Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow design, architecture, development standards, and platform best practices • Collaborate with business, systems, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and integrations • Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and Catalog Workflows • Support deployment and rollout activities for new applications and enhancements • Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability • Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and federal compliance requirements • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Demonstrated experience supporting federal government clients and programs • Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and platform scripting capabilities • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implemented solutions • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core modules, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Reporting and Dashboards • Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB processes • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks • Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management methodologies • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments • Experience performing data analysis, data modeling, and working with large datasets • Understanding of SDLC principles and enterprise application support • Experience with platform performance monitoring, optimization, and governance • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • Additional ServiceNow certifications highly desirable • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred • Applicants for employment in the US must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US by Capgemini
