📋 Description

• Assist in designing and implementing cutting-edge features and enhancements for an advanced Autonomous Software platform • Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable C# code • Lead and manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment • Oversee integration of Autonomous software with advanced hardware components • Conduct sophisticated testing and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive improvement and innovation • Lead code reviews and promote coding standards • Contribute technical expertise to strategic planning and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 8 plus years of experience in software development, with a significant portion in senior or leadership roles • Expert proficiency in C# • Proven track record of architecting, developing, and maintaining complex software applications • Extensive experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum • Deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
