📋 Description

• Coordinate the work of an Agile development team and oversee the software development lifecycle • Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives • Ensure work is broken down into stories, substories, tasks, and spikes • Help build development timelines and schedules for deliverables • Map and balance team resources and capacity • Identify when schedules require additional resources • Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements • Liaise between development teams and product management to ensure project processes are followed • Identify and resolve impediments affecting development or milestone achievement • Support team backlog and Scrum processes • Escalate risks outside the development group to management • Schedule backlog grooming and conduct retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in an engineering field • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field • Hands-on Scrum Master experience with cross-functional Agile teams • Experience across mechanical/electrical engineering, electronics, embedded systems and mechatronics • Experience with software development and validation/testing • Knowledge of functional safety, including ISO 26262 or equivalent standards • Proficiency in Scrum tools such as JIRA • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is often preferred
