📋 Description

• Develop embedded avionics software in C++ with a focus on RFIO • Perform DO-178C-compliant software development, with DAL A preferred • Create and manage requirements using DOORS • Support software certification artifacts, including plans, requirements, and traceability • Conduct code reviews, builds, and configuration management • Support flight test integration, including interpretation of aircraft wiring and data flows • Support software testing using Python

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with DO-178C and the embedded software development lifecycle • Proficiency in C/C++, build systems, and compiler configurations • Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, and configuration management tools • Familiarity with certification/documentation environments • Experience with signal processing, FPGA interfacing (hardware registers), and RFIO • Experience with Python • Military avionics or surveillance system experience preferred • Exposure to flight test environments preferred
