📋 Description

• Work as part of a team modernizing client legacy systems by migrating to Salesforce and supporting integrations between legacy platforms and new technologies • Help architect solutions, develop detailed plans, and execute transitions to or with Salesforce • Integrate legacy systems, including Java, z/OS Connect, IBM HATS, and other applicable technologies • Provide expertise in client legacy systems, business processes, Salesforce, and architectural design • Develop solution specifications, recommendations, business rules, conceptual designs, data models, requirements documentation, support guides, and system design documents • Develop and implement solutions and application integrations; modify code and documentation • Transition code through application environments and deliver defect fixes • Write automated tests; perform unit, system integration, end-to-end, and other testing cycles; document results • Complete system enhancements and user report analysis, development, and/or conversion • Perform project, risk, schedule, communication, cost, change control, quality assurance, and progress management activities • Review current architecture and legacy systems; identify requirements, gaps, process realignment opportunities, and data conversion enhancements • Create continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and manage release processes and calendars • Prioritize release builds for defect fixes and enhancements; publish incident, release, and resolution reports • Conduct knowledge-sharing, mentoring, walkthroughs, training, documentation, post-go-live triage, and system monitoring • Provide technical-lead post-implementation support, production issue resolution, enhancements, and hypercare monitoring • Create maintenance and operations, transition, technical guide, glossary, and data dictionary documentation • Set up monitoring, automation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years within the last ten (10) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming • At least three (3) years within the last ten (10) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming in a lead capacity • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field; additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis • Minimum two (2) years within the last ten (10) years of Salesforce system development and testing experience on projects involving system customization with a contract value of at least $250,000 • Minimum two (2) years within the last ten (10) years of experience on projects involving modern application stacks • Experience with Salesforce, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, z/OS Connect, IBM HATS, J2EE, GitHub, GitLab, Liberty/WebSphere, AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, IBM Integration Bus, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Endevor, MuleSoft, Copado, Talend, Red Hat Decision Manager, and mainframe support • Must provide client/user-end reference contact information for each applicable project upon request; references must represent the project company and have held a management or supervisory role • Legal residency in the United States is a mandatory application requirement
