📋 Description

• Provide senior-level technical leadership in protecting the bank’s information systems and digital assets • Design, implement, and continuously improve security controls across infrastructure, applications, and business processes • Lead identification and assessment of vulnerabilities through security assessments and penetration testing • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities • Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management procedures • Lead security event monitoring and analyze trends to improve the security posture • Monitor network traffic and security logs for threats, anomalies, and breaches using a centralized XDR system • Manage technical and non-technical projects requiring security oversight • Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections and unauthorized access attempts • Coordinate with internal teams to mitigate incident impact and prevent recurrence • Integrate security controls into business processes with business units • Develop and deliver employee security education events • Participate in IT/IS audits, examinations, and assessments • Stay current on security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices • Develop and implement disaster recovery/business continuity and incident response solutions • Advise IT leadership and business stakeholders while maintaining regulatory and audit readiness • Perform other security-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or a related role • Experience leveraging and understanding AI in the context of security • Experience in AI • Relevant certification such as CompTIA Security+, or similar • Experience in security monitoring, vulnerability management, and responding to security events • In-depth demonstrated knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, network protocol analysis, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, VPN technology, and security tools • Knowledge of relevant security and compliance frameworks, standards, and regulations • Proficiency in security tools and technologies, network protocols, and operating systems • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Centers • Knowledge of information security management standards and frameworks such as PCI-DSS • Ability to guide all levels of the organization on security matters • Ability to work independently, in teams, and across external and internal stakeholder groups • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamically changing, team-oriented environment • Ability to find innovative solutions with existing resources
