📋 Description

• Operate and optimize internal security platforms, including SecurityScorecard and posture management tools • Identify risks, track vulnerabilities, and support ongoing security posture improvements • Coordinate routine technical workflows with the external managed service provider • Evaluate operational risks and verify IT activities align with enterprise security standards • Analyze employee-reported phishing emails, execute remediation steps, and escalate security events under the CISO's guidance • Perform configuration and access audits across Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace • Evaluate risk, enforce least-privilege access, and maintain multi-factor authentication standards • Review configurations and security posture across Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS in alignment with CIS benchmarks • Assist with log reviews, system health checks, and evidence documentation for HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, and SOC 2 audits • Review, modify, draft, and update information security policies, standards, and standard operating procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience • Exceptional critical thinking • Rigorous attention to detail • Strong technical writing capabilities • Proactive, self-starter mindset • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Professional interaction with leadership, external vendors, and cross-entity personnel • Foundational exposure to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD • Familiarity with multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and encryption • Familiarity with IT policy frameworks and bridging governance with practical operational workflows • Google Workspace administration basics • Familiarity with cloud concepts, including Azure, AWS, or GCP • Formal technical education is helpful, including a bachelor's degree, associate's degree, technical bootcamp, trade program, or equivalent practical training/experience in Support, Computing principles, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline • Related certifications/certificates should be listed, such as Security+ or AWS fundamentals/security
