📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers and maintain client satisfaction • Ensure Cofense solutions meet client business needs and objectives • Provide strategic consultative guidance and excellent customer service • Manage relationships with assigned clients and stakeholders across Cofense products • Act as the customer’s trusted advisor and subject matter expert • Coordinate onboarding, product implementation, and the full customer lifecycle • Perform risk management to minimize churn • Demonstrate product and service value and present ROI information to stakeholders • Identify concerns and risks and communicate them to internal account partners and leadership • Develop get-well plans to minimize risk and increase customer satisfaction • Maintain comprehensive documentation and perform administrative tasks in the CSM toolset • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects successfully • Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget • Assist with project scope and objective definition and ensure technical feasibility • Manage services profitability and increase customer Cofense product commitment • Identify revenue expansion opportunities within assigned accounts • Own customers’ simulated phishing defense programs and fulfill contractual requirements • Recommend customized phishing programs aligned with industry best practices and customer goals • Produce client-ready deliverables and provide analytic and strategic recommendations • Run simulated phishing programs for Managed Training clients using Cofense solutions • Deliver monthly Remediation reports and review client-specific threats and malware for Managed Remediation clients • Travel to client sites as necessary • Train newer team members and collaborate on process and procedural improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to develop and manage customer and stakeholder relationships • Intermediate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and organizational risk • Analytical and process-focused mindset • Strong attention to detail • Project and program management skills • Ability to work independently and prepare and present customer deliverables • Fundamental understanding of messaging, SMTP, and email products • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, AI tools, and PowerPoint • Previous experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity • 2–4 years of experience applying analytic methodologies and principles related to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management • 2–4 years of experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity • CISSP, Security+, or PMP certification a plus • Information Security and Program Management experience preferred • ChurnZero experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Travel required, minimal • Must be able to support customers across the United States
