📋 Description

• Champion the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation enterprise products for Capital One Software • Build high-scale, mission-critical business platforms addressing data, cloud, and operational challenges for modern enterprise financial institutions • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products • Lead product-level data modeling and analytics • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent • Build business requirements and execute against the product strategy • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other colleagues to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment • Foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field • 5 years of Product Management experience • Strong quantitative and analytical orientation • Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity • Solid people leadership experience • Strong executive communication and strategic influencing skills • Clear results orientation • Successful track record in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position • Preferred: experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products • Preferred: Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting • Preferred: 10+ years of experience in Product Management in Data Management or Data Protection • Preferred: demonstrated experience delivering large-scale enterprise B2B software or platforms
