📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end strategy for user engagement, lifetime value, and profitable product-led growth • Serve as the financial and analytical strategist for product-led growth initiatives • Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing growth team • Partner with Product to shape user experiences that drive growth and long-term engagement • Own financial numbers, opportunity sizing, and offer economics • Develop business strategies supporting growth, profitability, and competitive success • Manage and develop analysts; coach and mentor associates • Develop product and pricing strategies and lead product-level data modeling and analytics • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing and strategic intent for retail-channel products • Build customer insights informing new experiences, technology, and go-to-market strategies • Improve credit performance through trend analysis, risk modeling, hypothesis testing, monitoring, and analysis • Manage business requirements and execute product strategy • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other Capital One teams • Drive quality, volume, service, and profitability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis • At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis • At least 2 years of experience performing people management • At least 2 years of experience performing project management • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI • Ability to use AI in personal projects, AI-driven development environments, or AI-agent automations • Strong quantitative and analytical orientation • Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity • People leadership experience • Strong executive communication skills • Strategic influencing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Results orientation in uncertain and dynamic environments • Preferred: Master’s Degree • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in financial services • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in consulting
