📋 Description

• Lead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features for internal users • Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure system compliance with enterprise patterns • Understand user and stakeholder needs and incorporate them into prioritization and trade-off discussions • Create product vision and roadmap addressing stakeholder needs • Partner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to refine the roadmap and derive insights from experiments and launches • Build and maintain relationships with leaders and stakeholders dependent on platform capabilities and performance • Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to track project evolution and success • Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative merchant-focused products that drive revenue and customer value • Own day-to-day product operations, including identifying bugs and leverage opportunities through data understanding • Create and maintain a healthy team culture through thoughtful leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field • At least 7 years of Product Management experience • Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies, including APIs, Big Data, and Native UIs • SQL proficiency for building data-backed strategies, identifying insights, and troubleshooting issues • Strong SQL and data analysis skills for setting and monitoring KPIs • Proficiency handling large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R • Experience with backend products • Product management experience from ideation through production and continuous iteration • Strategic thought leadership and ability to present compelling visions to senior executives • Strong communication and consensus-building skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI; experience with AI is a plus • No employer-sponsored immigration or work authorization support available
