📋 Description

• Leading programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms • Drive the strategy and execution of large-scale, technically complex, cross-functional programs aligned with Capital One’s business priorities • Break down complexity and organizational silos • Influence roadmaps, dive deep into system design and architecture • Make technical tradeoffs, drive platform consolidation • Identify, resolve, define, and escalate mitigation plans for hard technical dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs • 9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing • 5+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture - preferably using AWS • 5+ years of building & leading experienced TPM team • 5+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery
