📋 Description

• Own project governance across implementation segments and the full customer portfolio • Build and run risk-visibility dashboards, thresholds, and escalation triggers • Define milestone gates for enterprise and scale delivery and hold teams accountable • Hire, develop, and manage project managers and project coordinators • Establish career paths, standards, best practices, change management, and workflow documentation • Design and build a project coordinator model with milestone check-ins, AI-assisted monitoring, and high-volume project coverage • Partner with Architecture leadership to clarify system-design and project-accountability ownership • Diagnose and close accountability gaps in complex projects • Run recurring delivery forums covering progress, risk, and change-management status • Report delivery health, risk, and escalation trends to the VP of Technical Services and CX leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in project or program management for software implementations • 5+ years building or leading a project management team • Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team or partner organization • Deep familiarity with the operational rigor expected by enterprise buyers • Experience designing delivery models for both high-touch complex delivery and higher-volume lighter-touch delivery • Track record of building a project management function or operating system where one did not previously exist or was under-resourced • Ability to own project outcomes without owning the technical solution • Experience with incentive compensation management or a similarly complex, configuration-heavy enterprise software category (nice to have) • Experience designing or scaling a project coordinator or delivery-operations model for a high-volume, lower-touch customer segment (nice to have)
