📋 Description

• Perform onsite equipment installations, maintenance, and upgrades • Familiarize customers with product usage and care • Develop processes and documentation for standard service actions • Recognize trends and patterns in field failures and provide feedback to the development team • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate issues and implement countermeasures • Provide support to engineering and manufacturing teams as needed • Participate in occasional off-hours calls and work • Travel frequently, approximately 75–90%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • BS in engineering field preferred but not required • Must have hands-on approach • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical/electrical systems • Strong customer service experience required • Personal car required • Passport required • Ability to travel internationally • This role is not eligible for current Visa sponsorship or transfer
