📋 Description

• Provide business-as-usual support, including incident resolution, ticket management, break/fix support, and ongoing application maintenance • Lead application build, workflow optimization, configuration, and small enhancement requests • Support Epic upgrades through integrated testing, regression testing, release planning, UAT, and go-live activities • Serve as the primary point of contact and application owner for Epic Phoenix • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and optimize the application • Participate in a day-call rotation supporting Pacific Time hours

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Phoenix (Transplant) certification • Experience serving as a primary analyst, application owner, application lead, or subject matter expert (SME) • Strong experience with production support, application build, and optimization • Ability to work proactively and independently while taking ownership of an application • Ability to partner with clinical and operational stakeholders • Available to start ASAP • Willingness to support Pacific Time hours during the day-call rotation • Candidates in Central Time should expect to work until approximately 6:00 PM CT during their rotation
