📋 Description

• Conduct complex data analysis and prepare detailed reports of findings • Ensure timely response to user requests, incidents, and tasks • Accurately record time against tasks • Maintain departmental records • Build documentation using department file shares and Ivanti Service Management • Interact verbally and in writing with various levels of customer management and business partners • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

🎯 Requirements

• Easily adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to stay organized, focused, and multitask • Healthcare background with relevant system management/analyst experience required • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience preferred • Experience with quality, risk management, and care management systems as a systems manager/systems analyst is highly desirable, including Midas Care Management, Datavision, Statit, CarePort Discharge, Medisolv Encor, or Epic (navigation) • Experience with healthcare information systems as a super-user or analyst from a hospital system or vendor • Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
