📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls, determine customer needs, and provide one-call resolution • Manage inbound faxes, if applicable • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries and concerns • Enter detailed information into proprietary software while conversing by telephone • Place outbound calls for patient follow-ups, confirmations, and missing information • Interact with patient referral sources to process new applicants • Follow up with internal team members regarding next steps • Communicate with physician offices and pharmacies • Identify, document, and submit adverse events • Complete routine assignments using company policies and procedures • Work with supervisors or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

🎯 Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft systems, telephony • Strong communication/customer service skills • Ability to be an independent worker and self-directed • Ability to sit for long periods of time in a cubicle setting • Demonstrate superior customer support talents • Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent assignments and work with a sense of urgency • Ability to work any schedule between 7am-5pm M-F • Dedicated, quiet, private, distraction-free remote work environment • High-speed broadband internet connection; dial-up, satellite, WIFI, and cellular connections are not acceptable • Download speed of 15Mbps • Upload speed of 5Mbps • Ping rate maximum of 30ms • Hardwired connection to the router • Surge protector with network line protection for company-issued equipment
