📋 Description

• Support patient access to therapy through Reimbursement Support Services according to program business rules • Guide patients through referral intake, insurance benefits investigation and therapy access processes • Follow up with insurance payers, specialty pharmacies, support organizations, patients and physicians • Facilitate timely coverage and product dispensing • Resolve complex payer and pharmacy issues to achieve positive outcomes and patient experiences • Answer inbound questions and provide customer service and technical expertise • Manage technical or complex therapy and reimbursement question queues • Apply judgment to resolve service issues within established authority and knowledge limits • Meet service-level, call-volume, adherence and quality performance indicators • Handle sensitive patient and insurance information with discretion • Escalate highly complex issues to senior team members and Individualized Care leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience, preferred • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week • Flexibility to work any shift during Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm CST normal business hours • Mandatory on-camera attendance during new-hire training from 8:00am-5:00pm CST • Dedicated, quiet, private, distraction-free remote work environment • High-speed broadband internet connection meeting specified requirements • Download speed of 15 Mbps • Upload speed of 5 Mbps • Maximum ping rate of 30 ms • Hardwired connection to the router • Surge protector with Network Line Protection for company-issued equipment • Ability to handle sensitive personal, prescription, financial and insurance information discreetly • Knowledge of patient therapy, prior approval and reimbursement processes and health care plans
